Description The Paving stone Foreman works within a company specializing in landscaping work for residential, commercial, institutional and/or industrial projects. His main role is to supervise exterior landscaping work, while assuming foreman responsibilities on construction sites. He is also required to carry out manual work, just like other workers on construction sites. Responsibilities Supervise teams working on landscaping sites, particularly those assigned to paving stone work. Plan and organize exterior design activities based on project plans and specifications, taking into account deadlines and available resources. Ensure the quality of the work by ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures, as well as technical specifications. Coordinate the different phases of projects, including site preparation, installation of materials and finishing. Participate in surface preparation by carrying out leveling, compaction and soil preparation work. Supervise the installation of pavers and borders according to pre-established plans and diagrams, ensuring that lines and levels are respected. Carry out finishing work, such as grouting, cleaning and sealing, to ensure an aesthetic and durable appearance. Ensure the safety of workers on construction sites by enforcing safety standards and ensuring that equipment and tools are used appropriately. Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issues encountered on construction sites. Maintain a good working climate by promoting communication and collaboration between team members. Requirements Significant experience in the field of landscaping, with a specialization in laying paving stones. Previous experience supervising or managing teams on construction sites. In-depth knowledge of paving stone installation techniques, including floor preparation, material installation and finishing. Ability to read and interpret technical plans and diagrams related to paving work. Strong manual skills and aptitude for physical work, with the ability to perform manual tasks on construction sites. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and availability to travel to job sites according to business needs. Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with current industry regulations.
