In this role you will add value to PXP by: The Corporate Growth Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Corporate Growth in driving the company's corporate growth strategy. This position focuses on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be capable of identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting a high-performing sales team. Fluency in written and spoken German language skills is essential for this role. A typical week as an Corporate Growth Manager might involve:
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy for the Corporate vertical to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.
- Support the sales team in achieving high performance and meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting the development and execution of successful sales and business development strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Fluency in written and spoken German language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
