German-Speaking IT Customer Service Representatives – Inbound and Outbound Location: Remote (Anywhere in Portugal) or Office-Based in Lisbon Job Type: Full-Time Compensation Options:
- Option 1: Gross salary of €1,514/month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment; includes allowances in the Lisbon area).
- Option 2: Gross salary of €1,834/month (no accommodation provided; includes allowances and bonuses).
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries (approx. 80% inbound, 20% outbound) via phone and online chat.
- Client Support: Provide assistance to corporate customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses across sectors like healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.
- Problem-Solving: Offer customer-oriented solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Sales and Product Information: Share product details, pricing, offers, and discounts, and process orders and sales over the phone.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify optimization opportunities and provide updates.
- Duration: 3 weeks (conducted in English).
- Content:
- Training on software systems for electronic data processing.
- Comprehensive product and service overview.
- Customer relationship management and consultation techniques.
- Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
- 160 hours per month.
- Languages:
- Native-level German proficiency.
- B2-level English proficiency.
- Skills:
- Excellent IT knowledge, particularly MS Office.
- Basic hardware knowledge.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
