Your New Role Working as part of the team, this role will provide remote and onsite support to customers to oversee and assist in managing infrastructure & Cloud environments. Some of the key tasks will include:- Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to ensure SLA’s are met.
- Provide IT expertise and issue resolution to clientele.
- Perform health checks & maintenance on customer networks & systems.
- Deploy, support & maintain managed service platforms.
- Be actively involved in systems implementations/upgrades and hardware roll-out projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and company knowledge is stored.
- Will hold a relevant IT qualification / Degree or comparable certification.
- Has 'hands-on' experience troubleshooting issues via phone or face-to-face interaction.
- A sound understanding of configuring and installing virtual environments.
- Skills with network switches, wireless access points, and firewall support.
- Experience supporting Windows Servers and desktop operating systems.
- Administration experience with Active Directory, including group policy, DNS, and replication.
- Critical to your success will be your communication skills; you will be proactive and engaging in your style and have a customer-centric work ethos.
- Generous salary up to $90k + Super.
