Description
- Perform exploratory data analysis to achieve a better understanding of the business problem as well as to discover untapped areas of growth and optimization
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges and act as a technical advisor to the business teams
- Advocate business team on what analytic features and functions are possible with current data assets and/or what must occur to advance the use of data in the digital products.
- Proactively investigate new technologies and algorithms to follow the best and state-of-the-art industry practices
- Drive data science and analytics development activities
- Be responsible for planning and timely delivery of ML and DL Modules
- Contribute to the teams research activities
- Mentor less experienced Data Scientists and act as an influential SME
- Build pipelines
- Develop and integrate algorithms/packages into the platform
- Add new ML models to the SAAL platform marketplace
- Develop customer-centric AI/GenAI solutions
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using Dataiku
- Own the full development cycle - from concept, through research, design, implementation, and deploying to production

- Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Torch, H2O
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in handling large databases
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Excel or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills
