This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely. The position requires a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, along with a commitment to maintaining high production standards.### Key Responsibilities:1. **Preventive Maintenance:**- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, including conveyors, presses, extruders, and other aluminium processing machines. - Identify worn-out parts, lubricate machinery, and monitor equipment for any signs of malfunctions. 2. **Repairs and Troubleshooting:**- Assist in diagnosing issues with machinery and equipment, such as motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. - Conduct basic repairs or adjustments to keep equipment operational, involving tasks such as replacing bearings, gears, or worn-out components. 3. **Installation and Assembly:**- Assist senior technicians in the installation and assembly of new equipment, including aligning and positioning of components as per specifications. - Ensure proper installation and connection of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic parts.4. **Safety and Compliance:**- Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while working. - Report any hazards or potential safety issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with company safety standards.5. **Documentation:**- Maintain records of maintenance tasks performed, including repairs, part replacements, and inspections. - Support the development of maintenance schedules and document any issues or suggestions for improvements.### Skills and Qualifications:- * show more
