Job Description
This is a remote position. Schedule:- part-time, flexible during business hours 20 hours a week
- Develop and execute a strategic outreach program targeting corporate clients for catering contracts
- Craft professional, tailored proposals that effectively communicate our unique value proposition and culinary offerings
- Conduct engaging phone and email outreach to potential corporate clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Act as the face of our company in client meetings, artfully presenting our catering services and showcasing our culinary expertise
- Collaborate closely with our chef-owner to understand our culinary offerings and translate them into compelling sales pitches
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, becoming their trusted advisor for catering needs
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly or quarterly sales targets
- Contribute to the development of our sales process, helping to establish performance metrics and best practices
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine our sales approach continually
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in the hospitality or food service industry highly valued
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex culinary concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling business proposals and close high-value deals
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track opportunities effectively
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
- Passion for food and hospitality, with the ability to speak knowledgeably about culinary trends and offerings
- Flexibility to occasionally attend events or meetings outside of regular business hours
- Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple prospects and proposals simultaneously
