Key Responsibilities: Manage and update social media pages on platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter and others. Create engaging and relevant content for social media (design posts stories banners etc.). Schedule and publish posts regularly according to the content calendar. Respond to comments messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers and build an online community by fostering positive interactions. Monitor social media trends audience engagement and analytics to optimize posts and engagement. Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with marketing goals. Qualifications: Previous experience managing social media pages is a plus. Familiarity with design tools like Canva Adobe Photoshop or similar for creating posts. Excellent written communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to engage and grow social media presence. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of social media analytics is an advantage.
