We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Night Porter to join us at the 5-Star Cashel Palace Hotel. A Palladian manor, in the heart of Ireland, Cashel Palace is a luxury hideaway, meticulously restored and exquisitely reimagined. Spectacularly located by the Rock of Cashel in picturesque Co. Tipperary, the hotel is enveloped in nature and overlooked by ancient history.
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:- To manage the hotel operations during the overnight shift.
- To assure the standards are being met by working closely with the team across all departments
- To be the direct point of contact for the Front Desk during the overnight shift and act as Duty Manager.
- To respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs whist adding any personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Experience in a 5 star/luxury property is desirable
