  • Drive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc.).
  • Manage stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
  • Drive turnover to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Ensure the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset.
  • Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
  • Ensure store staff implement merchandising strategy and standards.
  • Manage team schedule effectively.
  • Oversee staff training and development.
  • Handle people management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Control expenses.
  • Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and complete priorities.
  • Manage risk within the store.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Grade 12 qualification.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
  • Must have 3 years of Store Management experience.
  • Must have experience in driving sales to increase store profit.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
