Network Performance Engineer (East/SQL Database) Job Description: Responsibilities Responsible for managing and maintaining SQL databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of fibre optic projects. Manage and maintain databases, including updating project progress and remarks. Script and prepare data for various reports and presentations. Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness of reports. Prepare and dispatch weekly reports and presentations. Analyse prepared reports and present results and findings to various stakeholders. Coordinate with inter-department stakeholders to escalate exception orders within Operations department and monitor its project status until completion. Other related duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline with Fibre Optic Project Engineer or relevant working experience is preferred. Experience with SQL scripting and database management. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels (Management and working level). High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of fibre optic network is an advantage. Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8:30 to 6, Fri 8:30 to 5:30, Bedok.
