Accounts Admin - 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Founded in Ireland in 2002, Fastway is Ireland's leading independent delivery network, handling over 24 million parcels annually as the delivery partner to over 7,000 domestic and international clients. We offer a diverse portfolio of flexible delivery solutions, including label-less returns, click & collect, e-commerce, and logistics business solutions, both nationwide and internationally. Due to continued growth, Fastway is seeking a positive individual to join our team in Greenogue as an Accounts Admin on a fixed-term, 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a finance administration role, good Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and Outlook), and strong organization, communication, and time-management skills. The Accounts Admin will be required to work in a busy team environment and should have the ability to prioritize tasks and work to strict deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential, as well as the ability to work on their own initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up new customers
- Preparing invoices
- Labelling
- Assisting other areas of the finance department as required
- Various ad hoc duties
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Experience using accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
