Coffee Machine Technician

Blue Butterfly Coffee Company based in Waterford are a dedicated team of passionate individuals roasting and supplying beautiful coffee to the food service industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, who will help us ensure our equipment is delivering great coffee for our customers. The ideal candidate should have an interest in coffee and experience dealing with electrical equipment/problem solving. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work on their own initiative and understands the importance of customer service. The job will involve travel, and a company vehicle is provided.

Job Overview: Coffee Machine Technician

1. Working with our service team installing and doing regular preventative maintenance on coffee equipment.
2. Training customers in the fundamentals of using the machines correctly.
3. Calibrating machines and completing site surveys when required.
4. Providing excellent customer service, which is vital to the success of our business.

Training will be provided by Blue Butterfly Coffee Company.
