Administrative Co-Ordinator (Part-time) On behalf of our Client, Kenny-Whelan is hiring an Administrative Co-Ordinator (Part-time) to join a Global Life Sciences Companies in Cork. Contact: Carmel Synnott on email: csynnott@kenny-whelan.ie or call on 087 7422268 Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Set up the QA Management side of the Induction Process
  2. Formalise the roles and responsibilities and local processes within QA and at handoffs to Area Managers of new hires.
Education:
  1. Relevant Diploma/Degree
  2. Quality qualification desirable
  3. Ms Office Suite: Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Skills & Experience:
  1. An effective team-player with energy and enthusiasm, with the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a new process
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation regarding sensitive and confidential information
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Attention to detail
