Sales Director

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Implement best practices and standards for Salesforce deployments, conducting regular quality reviews. Efficiently manage and allocate resources, optimizing team performance and project schedules. Develop and manage P&L statements for Salesforce projects, monitoring budgets and controlling costs. Engage with key stakeholders to align project goals with business needs and provide regular updates. Lead, mentor, and develop the Salesforce deployment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
