Darkstone Arabia seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sectors, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage all facets of human resources effectively.

Job Description:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and optimize talent management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and promote best HR practices.
Monitor and assess HR metrics to enhance organizational performance.
Follow up on employee insurance, medical coverage, and other related benefits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, specifically in industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and mentor HR teams effectively.
Saudi National.
