Job details

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for demonstrating and living out the company fundamentals and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
  2. Monitors, mentors, and leads the regional team to balance company goals with employee satisfaction.
  3. Oversee and monitor daily landscape operations of construction & maintenance, including enhancements, turf and ornamental applications, and irrigation.
  4. Establish staffing levels for each month based on need.
  5. Ensure that jobs are completed according to contract and within budget.
  6. Direct Ops managers and oversee all customer accounts.
  7. Manage key relationships with clients in support of Ops Managers & Engineers.
  8. Work with Business Development to identify and achieve new contracts while maintaining sales goals.
  9. Collaborate with Ops Manager & Engineers to ensure that Enhancement Pipelines and Sales Goals are being achieved.
  10. Work with the team to monitor safety, quality, and productivity on an ongoing basis, overseeing safety compliance and training.
  11. Control the budget of regional expenses.
  12. Monitor daily & monthly operational and financial performance for the region and deliver timely and accurate operational & financial reports.
  13. Communicate with Human Resources to address corrective and disciplinary actions, personnel staffing needs, and training needs.
Skills
  1. Desire 5+ years of experience in managing multimillion-dollar businesses.
  2. Commercial landscape maintenance & construction experience is highly beneficial.
  3. Excellent communication and relational skills.
  4. A demonstrated ability to develop strong professional relationships in a business-to-business setting.
  5. Basic business and financial knowledge including budgeting, margin vocabulary and dynamics, and planning.
