The purpose of this job family is to expand sirar's client base and enhance relationships across various sectors through continuous and effective account management, identification and execution of sales opportunities to meet targets and sustain growth. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and manages relationships with key client accounts on cyber topics.
  2. Regularly acquires new corporate and government customers to increase profit and ensure growth.
  3. Understands customer requirements and coordinates with pre-sales and product teams to cater to these requirements.
  4. Identifies and generates cyber opportunities through cyber partners and RfPs.
  5. Sets short-term plans according to the customer requirements to maximize profits.
  6. Supports in generating new customers/clients for sirar by stc to determine effective sales plans to attract new customers/clients.
  7. Ensures successful identification and capturing of customer requirements and follows up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements.
  8. Supports in the negotiation process and opportunities closures to increase sirar by stc’s revenues and reduce costs.
  9. Updates account plans based on client needs and requirements.
  10. Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Sales, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline. Years of Experience: • Preferred experience of (+3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise. Preferred Professional Certificates: • Professional certification in Account Management is preferred. Job Specific Skills:
  1. Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
  2. Advanced proficiency in sirar by stc’s products/services.
  3. Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process.
  4. Advanced proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
  5. Intermediate command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation.
