As a Dutch-speaking E-Commerce Operations Manager (m/f/d) you will be in charge of ensuring operational excellence across the entire customer journey of our Dutch-speaking shops. Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of the KPIs within the customer experience and operational space and based on this initiating conversations with responsible stakeholders e.g. in logistics or customer service to ensure operational excellence in our Benelux shops.
- Translation and localization of various texts from German and English for the Benelux audience (e.g. sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, fashion content, marketing materials)
- Quality assurance across app, desktop and our mobile shops and testing of new features
- Competitor monitoring & benchmarking (track sale campaigns, collaborations with celebrities and influencers, newsletter and push notifications strategy, services)
- Community management (engage with our community, respond to app reviews, understand our customers’ pain points)
- A first work experience in areas such as operations, linguistics, or related fields
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Native speaker competence in Dutch language (oral & written)
- Fluency in English (oral & written) & basic German skills (better German beneficial)
