Head of Compliance Wealth & Private Banking Join one of the fastest growing regional banks in Singapore as a Head of Compliance responsible for their Private Banking and Wealth business. This highly visible role will report to the Chief Compliance, Legal and Risk and will give the opportunity for the right individual to take on the succession in the near future. The Head of Compliance will be a polished and articulate leader capable of leading a team of at least 10 people covering all aspects of FCC, onboarding, and trade monitoring dealing with the MAS and facilitating business growth from a compliance perspective. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience post qualification is a must At least 5 years of experience working as a compliance officer in a Private Bank or Wealth division within a Bank A commercially driven individual capable of working with the business in order to support growth is a must Ability to articulate cases on behalf of the business to the MAS Polished and credible individual Strong written and oral communication skills Preferred Chinese speaker as a large portion of the Bank AUM comes from China HNW Individuals #J-18808-Ljbffr
