Job Vacancy No. 35914 Employment Period: 24 Months Wages Offered: $14,690 per month (excluding overtime) Work Schedule: 09:00-13:00 & 14:00-18:006 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, shift work is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging shipment schedule and following up on purchase orders and merchandise delivery.
- Performing general clerical duties, including filing, data input, photocopying, and handling mails.
- Handling import/export shipping documents and customs declarations.
- Monitoring all shipments in transit to ensure timely arrival of goods and documents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Secondary 3 or above.
- 1 year's relevant experience (Skill test is not required).
Language Requirement:
- Spoken: Fair English, Fair Tagalog.
- Reading & Writing: Fair English, Fair Tagalog.
