Job title: German Speaking Application Support Analyst Client: Banking Salary: £90,000-£115,000 + Bonus The role: My client are looking for a native German speaker to join their Application Support team to cover in house and 3rd party software used by the business. Core responsibilities:
- BAU / Triage – 1st /2nd line support to ensure integrity and availability of supported applications for internal and external customers
- Plan, prepare and deliver project requirements
- Manage service desk requests/Follow Procedures to resolve service desk tickets
- Manage Vendor relationships as necessary
- Team members are expected to work a 2 shift system 07:00 start time to cover start of day and 10:00 to provide cover until 18:00
- Experience with Multicash and Repsys
- 5 Years+ application support experience - essential
- Native German speaker - essential
- Windows / SQL, – Essential
- SQL Statement writing – Essential
- Back Office Experience – Essential
