Operations Assistant - Aviation (Up to HK $30k/mth) (BH-40948-1)
Location: New Territories, Hong Kong Sector: Admin & Secretarial Salary: 20,000.00 HKD to 30,000.00 HKD per month- Working hour: Mon to Sat (Alternative), 0830 - 1700
- Location: Tseung Kwan O
- Working hour: Mon to Sat (Alternative), 0830 - 1700
- Support the Planning team on operations to ensure assigned work is effectively carried out in accordance with appropriate procedures and airworthiness requirements.
- Provide support for the control and provision of appropriate engine life data for production and applicable external parties, along with its amendments.
- Manage the control, scanning, administration, storage, receipt, and dispatch of all technical records.
- Prepare, issue, and approve engine life-limited part record sheets for production.
- Initiate and coordinate process improvement activities.
- Liaise closely with various parties for the operation of the Technical Records team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Aviation, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Access; Visual Basic knowledge would be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and written English.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
