Area Sales Representative

Summary: Biesse Group, a global leader in manufacturing technology for processing wood, glass, stone, plastic and metal products. We are seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within our Glass or Stone industry streams. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, develop a pipeline, and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements, and provide them with relevant information about our products and services.
- Close sales deals by following up with prospects, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work across the various divisions to optimise the customer experience and offerings for the customer.
- Proven Experience within the Glass and/or Stone industry.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
