IT Infrastructure Specialist – Leading Organisation in Health and Social Care Are you an expert in IT infrastructure with a passion for maintaining robust, secure, and high-performing systems? What You'll Be Doing As an IT Infrastructure Specialist , you'll be part of our forward-thinking Digital, Information, and Technology (DIT) team. Your role will focus on:

• Ensuring seamless integration and operation of infrastructure services.
• Maintaining high availability of IT systems, including Office 365, Active Directory, and hybrid infrastructures (VMware & Azure).
• Designing solutions with embedded security to protect against cyber threats.
• Supporting and enhancing our cyber security capabilities.
• Providing expert troubleshooting, proactive problem-solving, and technical recommendations.
• Collaborating with teams across IT and external partners to deliver innovative projects and enhancements.

• Microsoft Certified with expertise in PowerShell and scripting.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, and Azure.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft platforms, including Intune, Exchange Online, and Office 365.
• Expertise in configuring anti-malware, intrusion detection, firewalls, and network security.
• Proven ability to manage hybrid infrastructures and implement business continuity plans.

• Microsoft Azure Certification.
• Experience with SQL Server, VMware vSphere, and office telecommunications.

• Work remotely with occasional travel to our Manchester office (expenses reimbursed).
