  • Support Worker 
  • Tunbridge Wells, Kent
  • £23,264 per annum (pro rata)
  • Full time – 39 hours
  • Early shifts, late shifts or long days, 7.30am to 10pm and Sleep ins/ including weekends
  • Desirable - a PBS Qualification
  • The successful candidate would also need to be able and willing to drive Motability vehicles and have a full manual Driving Licence.
We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Tunbridge Wells, supporting one male who has a Learning Disability and Autism and needs Support Worker with a good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and values that align with Avenues. He is very active in the community and wants to be supported by someone who is able to help him to achieve his goals. An experienced Support Worker, who has a strong understanding of best practice in delivering support to people with different needs and a passion for doing so.
