JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Investment Planning & Commercial team on permanent basis. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the management of the commercial activity across our planned investment programmes for the South East, South Central and South West regions, some travel is essential for the role. The role is required to monitor expenditure, including cash flow forecasts, financial statements, calculation of monthly payments and accruals, preparation of interim and final accounts and associated commercial performance information in line with good practice and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. The role will provide excellent customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders including external delivery partners, suppliers and consultants. The successful Quantity Surveyor will work collaboratively with our Investment Planning, Commercial, Planned Investment Delivery & Support Teams.
