Job Description

1. Merchant Engagement: Develop and manage partnerships with cafes, vending machines, and coffee trucks to expand our market presence.
2. University Partnerships: Coordinate sponsorship opportunities with universities in exchange for app downloads and increased brand visibility.
3. Brand Collaborations: Seek and establish collaborations with other brands offering products or related services.
4. Design Partnership Agreements: Assist in drafting and reviewing partnership and coffee purchasing agreements.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and gather insights for discussions and negotiations.

Job Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in partnership development and merchant engagement.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data.
5. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
6. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Previous experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
8. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
