Java Lead Engineer - Spring Boot Framework

Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and testing of cloud-native microservices using Java, SpringBoot, ReactJS, MongoDB and GraphQL.- Interpret requirements into application design and provide technical leadership.- Collaborate with business and QA teams in an agile development environment.- Ensure the quality, architecture, and accuracy of released code.- Integrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.- Understand and estimate feature based estimation of functionalities, and ensure on-schedule, and on-scope delivery within quality goals.- Follow proactive vulnerability and secure based development practices.- Act as an individual contributor (very hands-on) and guide and mentor team members.Qualifications :- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java and the Spring Framework.- 5+ years of experience building microservices.- 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud and container tools and technologies.- Practical experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.- Practical experience with NoSQL databases, preferably CosmosDB, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra.- Practical experience with Angular or MongoDB.Preferred Skills :- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Experience with GraphQL and MongoDB.- Familiarity with CI/CD integration using Jenkins and GitHub (ref:hirist.tech)
