Overall, Role & Responsibility: Driving results through the implementation of effective systems to enhance productivity, while adhering to Lean manufacturing principles and ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001) across all operations. Managing comprehensive operations, including production, maintenance, supply chain management, environmental health and safety systems, human resources, and training, to ensure seamless functionality. Leading and inspiring a diverse team of approximately 300 individuals through assertive communication and effective leadership to achieve operational excellence." To lead, inspire & guide team members for achieving overall better performance This shall be done through systematic data-based Review &assertive communications by Coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams where required. Key Processes: (Not limited to)

  1. To  ensure  effective systems are implemented that enhance productivity and comply with Lean and ISO standards.
  2. To  ensure  existing processes are regularly optimized to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
  3. To  ensure  coordination of the entire operation including production, maintenance, SCM, EHS/ System, HR & Training
  4. To  ensure  the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with organizational goals.
  5. To review  and create training programs that enhance employee skills in alignment with operational needs and safety standards.
  6. To ensure  ongoing professional development that maintains team effectiveness and engagement.
  7. To review  KPIs for monitoring operational efficiency and team performance.
  8. Ensure  regular reporting on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate achievements.
  9. To  ensure  communication and collaboration between departments (HR, production, quality assurance) for alignment with business objectives.
  10. To  ensure  leadership and mentorship of a diverse team that fosters a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  11. To  review  and implement regular feedback mechanisms that enhance team dynamics and individual performance.
  12. To review and make improvements to the ERP processes and implement changes as necessary to optimize user experience and system efficiency.
  13. To regularly review and enhance the induction and orientation program for effective integration of new employees into the organization and their roles.
