This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels. Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document financial business requirements.
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Interpret financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track financial performance.
- System Implementation & Enhancement :
- Work closely with IT teams to implement, test, and deploy financial system solutions.
- Suggest and oversee system enhancements to streamline financial operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users for financial tools and systems.
- Compliance & Risk Management :
- Ensure financial systems and processes comply with regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to financial systems and data.
- Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or CFA (preferred).
- Experience :
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis within the finance domain.
- Experience with financial tools/software like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
