Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for dealers providing support and addressing their queries.
  2. Meeting Scheduling & Coordination
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings between the sales team and dealers ensuring availability and alignment with key objectives.
    • Prepare agendas meeting materials and summaries for each meeting to ensure productive conversations.
    • Send reminders and followups to ensure a high attendance rate for meetings.
  3. Market & Dealer Analysis
    • Conduct research on the dealer network to identify highpotential partners and prospective opportunities.
    • Gather insights on dealer performance needs and market trends to support strategic discussions in meetings.
  4. CRM Management
    • Maintain accurate records of all dealer interactions meetings and followups in the CRM system.
    • Regularly update the CRM with feedback and meeting outcomes keeping the sales team informed of any changes.
  5. Reporting & Insights
  • Generate regular reports on meeting outcomes dealer engagement and progress on business development objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on dealer interactions to improve relationship management practices.
