Responsibilities  Manage document review projects to include project staffing, security, facilities, and technology needs  Ensure that reviews are completed on time and within budget utilizing qualified internal or vendor staff that is available, trained, and productive.  Supervise, train, and mentor other Managers and Team leads  Train teams of other lawyers on the substantive legal issues relevant to each project  Coordinate project communication between clients and KLD  Assist our recruiters and HR personnel in selecting appropriate candidates for projects  Monitor teams’ progress, provide client-facing reporting, and ensure quality work product from start to finish  Ensure coordination and logistic considerations for each project  Validate payroll and time logging at regular intervals  Manage the overall logistics of their team  Manage the managers and Associate managers Qualifications  Minimum LLB and LLM (would be an added advantage) Experience in managing PII, HIPPA, and DSAR reviews desired 2+ years of experience managing document review projects  A minimum of 7 years of experience in Document review with at least 3 to 8 years in
