About the role We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Specialist to join the dynamic team at Spring Sisters', a leading business outsourcing company. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the seamless flow of materials and goods. What you'll be doing
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to inventory management and distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to secure the best terms and pricing
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-savings, and sustainability
- Order management - develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our supply chain operations
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement, logistics planning, order management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in the manufacturing and logistics sectors
