Tasks
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to Grade 1 curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to enhance educational programs and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss student achievements and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for primary education.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching at the primary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
