As part of our growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Onboarding Specialist to ensure new hires and clients have a seamless onboarding experience, setting the stage for long-term success. What You’ll Do As a Talent Onboarding Specialist , your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are prepared and aligned with their roles.
- Conducting live training sessions, facilitating paperwork completion, and guiding new team members through onboarding tasks.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to streamline onboarding for agents and clients, promoting a smooth handoff.
- Providing progress updates to Team Leads and Recruitment Managers, maintaining alignment across teams.
- Assisting with client onboarding processes when needed, ensuring comprehensive support at every stage.
- 1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding or similar roles.
- 3–5 years in the BPO Customer Service industry.
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus.
- Proficiency in E-Commerce tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (Required).
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools like HubSpot and Monday.com.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively.
- Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
- Tools: Proficiency in Gmail and Slack.
