As a senior technical sourcer, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our recruiting division to drive success for our clients. The Role: As a senior technical sourcer, you’ll help build candidate pipelines for multiple high-impact technical roles per month. You will be instrumental in sourcing candidates for positions like software engineers, founding engineers, machine learning engineers, product managers, and more. You’ll work closely with our team to identify top talent, support the recruitment process, and play a critical role in the overall success of our hiring initiatives. This is a contract position with an uncapped placement bonus, giving you direct control over your earnings based on the candidates you successfully place. Why You’ll Love This Role:

- You’re an expert in sourcing technical talent across a wide range of roles, from software engineers to product engineers.
- Collaborate with a talented and motivated team, including our recruiting team, account manager, and founder, to source top candidates.
- Develop creative and data-driven sourcing strategies to find the best talent for our clients through outbound sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Help grow the sourcing team and scale our sourcing strategies as we expand.
- Own the candidate relationship throughout the process, from outreach to hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruiterFlow, and other platforms to source and identify candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Send hundreds of outbound inMails and emails daily, targeting top talent for open positions.
- Quickly assess resumes to identify promising candidates and move them into the pipeline.
- Support the recruiting team by building and maintaining a pipeline of top candidates for various roles.
- Participate in client intake calls, company syncs, and weekly meetings to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies.
- Keep candidate records up to date in Recruiterflow and follow sourcing best practices.
- Ensure job posts are always current across ATS, LinkedIn, and other job sites.
- Work closely with recruiters to iterate on sourcing methods and develop creative strategies based on data and industry trends.
- Document new sourcing processes and methods using Coda and communicate effectively with the team.
- Mentor new sourcers, sharing your expertise in sourcing technical talent and spotting top candidates.
- You have 3+ years of experience sourcing technical roles such as software engineering, ML engineer, product engineer, etc.
- You have sourced/recruited for Seed - Series C stage startups in the US previously.
- You’re a LinkedIn Recruiter expert and can outperform others in candidate sourcing.
- You’ve held top sourcing or recruiting positions in the past and know how to be a top producer.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and know how to build rapport with candidates.
- You’re data-driven, metrics-focused, and always looking for ways to improve your processes.
