Sr. Interior Designer(Upkeep & Maintenance)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Execution: • Conceptualize, develop, and implement high-end interior designs for various spaces within the resort. • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design objectives are met. • Monitor design execution, ensuring adherence to luxury standards and brand aesthetics.
2. Project Management: • Plan and oversee renovation or new design projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. • Coordinate with procurement teams to source premium materials, furniture, and equipment. • Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor milestones.
3. Maintenance Oversight: • Work closely with the property maintenance team to ensure interiors are well-maintained and aligned with brand standards. • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring upgrades or refurbishments.
4. Equipment & Materials: • Manage inventory and selection of equipment and design elements to ensure durability, functionality, and luxury. • Optimize the use of resources to maintain budgetary guidelines without compromising quality.
5. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor junior designers and coordinate with various departments. • Provide technical guidance and ensure the team’s deliverables meet Della’s high standards.
