Job Description:  SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PLASTIC INDUSTRY. A Shift Leader, or Shift Manager, is in charge of providing direct supervision to employees at shift-based companies to ensure the business operates correctly. Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met. Train and integrate new workers Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
