We are currently looking for an Experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team. As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and manage technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, establish project plans, resource allocation, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop detailed project plans and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  2. Manage project execution, including coordinating team activities and resources.
  3. Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and resolutions.
  4. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  6. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain alignment across team members and departments.
  7. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
  8. Lead and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and professional development.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects through the entire project lifecycle.
  4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects with different scales simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  7. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  8. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  9. Business and delivery cycle awareness, including experiences in large or medium corporates.
  10. Proven experience in supporting negotiations and contracting phases.
  11. CI/CD software understanding and ability to manage software development projects effectively.
  12. Ability to use MS Project, cost planning, and building timelines.
  13. Experience with MS Azure or similar, and ability to extract reports.
  14. Demonstrated ownership, teamwork support, and stakeholder management skills.
  15. Fluent in English.
  16. Ability to learn technologies to manage projects effectively.
  17. Understanding of project reporting basics and enabling project governance.
  18. Forecast and manage required project resources in a timely manner throughout the project lifecycle.
  19. Required risk management skills.
  20. Coaching and mentoring skills to motivate the project team.
  21. Awareness of change management processes.
  22. Experience managing teams from different countries and cultures (onsite/offshore).
  23. Experience in IT, Digital Transformation, and Telecommunications industries.
