Job details

Prioritize quality performance improvement based on data analysis.

Use continuous improvement methodologies to investigate non-conformances and determine root cause, identify corrective actions, and drive actions to closure.
Create and analyse large datasets from multiple platforms and analyse trends.
Support Quality Manager with target setting.
Perform in-process or product inspections and execute measures, tests, sampling methods, and other procedures to validate that requirements are met.
Maintain and update quality records required by the quality procedures.
Share skills and knowledge with the organisation about quality methodology and tools and ensure they understand and develop the capability to execute the learnings with established quality procedures and standards.
Support the quality manager with internal and external audits.
Be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective actions of Quality Improvement teams in her/his area.

Are you the one with?

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
4 to 5 Years of Experience in Elevators & Escalators industry with a proven track record in a similar role.
Quality Certificate ISO 9001 is recommended.
Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA.
Excellent skills in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD).
