Introduction to the role: A Marketing Automation Specialist is needed to support a centralized marketing automation team. This role focuses on setting up and executing email campaigns, managing lists, and providing support for campaign tracking and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Work with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and build audience lists. Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance. Address technical issues, including basic HTML troubleshooting when required. Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles. Ability to troubleshoot basic HTML issues.
