We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to spearhead the revival of our key platforms — with a particular focus on Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram . About the Role As a Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for leading a social media revival strategy — from auditing current platforms to developing and executing a game plan for growth and engagement. We need someone with a hands-on approach, ready to create, post, and manage content that sparks interest, conversation, and action. You’ll work closely with our in-house creative teams (graphics, video, and copywriters) to produce high-quality, attention-grabbing content. This role is perfect for someone who can spot trends, create content and copy that stands out, and isn’t afraid to do the work — not just plan it. - Lead Platform Revival : Take ownership of our key platforms,, with a focus on reactivating engagement, growing followers, and driving conversions.
- Audit : Conduct a thorough audit of our social channels, identify gaps, and create a winning strategy for growth, fresh content, and re-engagement.
- Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with the brand’s objectives and the 2025 PR, Events, Speaker, and Podcast Strategy.
- Hands-On Content Creation : Work directly with the Content team to conceptualize, produce, and post content that’s tailored to each platform's best practices, ensuring it is fresh, engaging, and on-brand. Repurpose existing content into engaging formats such as Reels, Stories, and carousels to maximize visibility.
- Boost Engagement : Develop strategies to improve interactions, comments, shares, and reactions, ensuring our communities are active, engaged, and growing. Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a sense of community across platforms.
- Content Planning and Posting : Create content calendars, plan campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and timing with PR and e-mail marketing efforts.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage two direct reports, providing guidance, support, and direction on day-to-day tasks and social media strategy.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to align social content with larger marketing initiatives, brand messaging, and campaigns.
- Performance Analysis : Track performance, analyse what’s working (and what’s not), and continuously optimize content to drive higher engagement, conversions, and better results.
