Job Description:We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our talented team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that Tameed complies with the regulations and rules required by SAMA.Inform and follow up with stakeholders on any SAMA circulars.Create and update necessary policies.Ensure Tameed employees adhere to internal policies.Submit compliance reports to the board and board committees as requested.Coordinate with stakeholders, including regulators.Attend board committee meetings and executive meetings.Train employees on the policies.Continuously check and follow up on clients' documents.Oversee the AML unit.Archive documents.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's in law.Full knowledge of SAMA laws and regulations on financing companies.Full knowledge of SAMA AML laws and regulations.Proficient in Word and Excel.Proficient in contract writing.Must have 4 - 6 years of experience in legal.Compliance Foundations Professional Exam.Compliance for Financing Companies Sector Professional Exam.CME2.Must have held a leadership role within the department.Strong skills in communication, legal and moral integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.Very good background in Microsoft Office and drafting contracts.Must be fluent in Arabic.Must be fluent in English.Must be a Saudi National.
