We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, and we are currently seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to join our team and oversee prime projects within the Project Management Office (PMO). Responsibilities:Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts for PMO projectsCollaborate with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that contracts meet project requirements and are in compliance with company policies and legal regulationsImplement effective contract management processes and tools to monitor key contractual obligations, deliverables, and deadlinesLead contract negotiations and discussions with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms and conditionsAnalyze contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or amendments to optimize project outcomesProvide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related issues and risksEnsure that all parties involved in the contracts are aware of their obligations and responsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and recordsConduct regular contract reviews and audits to identify and address potential risks and issuesDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment with contract requirements and project objectivesLead the resolution of contract disputes and claims, working closely with legal counsel and project teams to mitigate risks and protect the company's interestsStay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to contract management, and propose enhancements to existing processes and policiesCollaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial reporting related to contractsPrepare regular reports and updates on contract performance, milestones, and liabilities for senior management and project stakeholdersContribute to the development of standardized contract templates, guidelines, and procedures to streamline the contract management process across the PMOParticipate in contract kick-off meetings, project reviews, and other project-related discussions to provide contractual insights and guidanceMonitor and assess the performance of subcontractors and suppliers, including compliance with contract terms, delivery schedules, and quality standardsConduct training sessions and workshops for project teams to enhance their understanding of contract management principles and best practicesIdentify and implement opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and process efficiencies within the contract management functionEssential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related fieldMinimum of 13 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the PMO environmentProven track record of managing complex contracts and delivering successful project outcomesStrong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement practicesExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProficiency in contract management software and toolsRelevant certifications in contract management or project management (e.g., CPCM, PMP) will be an advantage
