Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer - Insulations Products Petrofac-QatarQualifications:Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)Nationality: IndianVacancy: 1 VacancyJob Description:Consistently achieve or exceed sales target by articulating compelling value propositions to potential clients.Responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation for both new and existing customers.Develop robust and structured sales pipeline, sales proposals, quotations, and competitive pricing.Prepare contracts, negotiate contracts, and lead closure.Responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, and produce monthly forecasting reports.Track customer activity and expand the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs.Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and foster long-term partnerships.Identify opportunities for expansion of product portfolio developing and executing expansion strategy.Analyze, track, and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.Present periodic sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the Sales Manager.Collaborate account resources with representatives from sales, inside sales, and supply chain.Offer sales support and organize sales visits.Partner with sales manager to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.Enable the sales team to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, and ensure customer retention.Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or presales in a similar field (5 to 8 years for Senior Engineer).Experience and knowledge of the oil and gas or energy industry in Qatar and/or the GCC market.Experience in driving the sales process from plan to close in insulation & accessories products.Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools will be an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solid negotiation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.Should be an excellent team worker.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to articulate compelling value propositions to potential clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Employment Type: Full TimeCompany Industry:Department / Functional Area:Business DevelopmentKeywords:Sales EngineerBusiness DevelopmentInsulation ProductOilGas
