What are you going to doManage all execution of ICSS commissioning activities to achieve commissioning schedule on target with all safety requirements especially during SIMOPSMonitor the contractor ICSS commissioning activities making sure the OPERCOM methodology is respected and the system database ICAPS is used properlyLead execution for commissioning at site (onshore / offshore) and keep commissioning execution committed to targets defined by the project management, maximizing onshore commissioning activities vs offshoreMaintain company strict ICS Cybersecurity requirement / practice during commissioning / executionMake sure that the required ICSS and instruments commissioning spare parts and special tools are availableMonitor VENDORS activities during SAT, Punchlist clearance, OTP etc.Act as focal point for ICSS commissioning activities for the complete execution stage, promoting and implementing system completion and system completion database at siteReview and approve ICSS commissioning deliverables provided by Contractor with contract requirementsAssist the Offshore Commissioning Division Manager in executing Project responsibilities for system completion, onshore / offshore commissioning and preservation scope of work and coordinating the system completion engineer, commissioning engineer team, and preservation engineerChampion initiatives with the Contractor to deliver on the project objectives i.e. safety, quality, cost, and schedule and review for contractor's commissioning execution effort and provide recommendations as necessaryProvide guidance and timely review on contractor's commissioning execution plan and processes verifying fitness for purpose and compliance with contract requirements including codes and standardsEnsure coordination and communication for site activities with other disciplines such as construction, Hook up and Completion Team, and SHE representative and provide technical support with contractor, quality, safety, planning, engineering, and start-up / performance testing.Review and propose mitigation for Commissioning aspects of the Risk Management Plan and monitor the mitigation when definedReview all Commissioning changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the MOC procedure.Attend meetings as required, mentor trainees to develop their project skills and experience while on site; maintain a register of lessons learnedEssential skills and knowledgeEngineering degree in Control System or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experienceMinimum of 10 years of total experience with at least 6 years demonstrated as commissioning experience in major capital projectsExperience in preparation and setup of system completion database and technical commissioning deliverables for Control System and InstrumentExperience with Honeywell ICSS system (Experion PKS DCS, Safety Manager SC controller, FDM, Alarm Management System, OTS, etc.) and database merging procedure.Hands-on experience with ICS (Industrial Control System) Network and Cybersecurity (familiarity with IEC62443 will be a plus)Experience in commissioning execution of ICSS (DCS, FGS, IPS/ ESD), field instruments (Transmitters, ESDV, MOV), package equipment (HVAC, Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems, Fiber Optic Leak Detection System) on SAT/ FAT, fabrication yard, onshore, offshore, and perform start-up / performance test assistance on well head platformsExperience as interface focal point with multiple contractors during preparation and execution phase including SIMOPSExperience managing contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors involved in oil and gas projects at various locationsFamiliarity with system completion database ICAPS and OPERCOM methodologyWorldwide commissioning experience with contractors or companies involved in the commissioning and startup support of Offshore production facilitiesExpertise with Honeywell ICSS system (Experion PKS DCS, Safety Manager SC controller, FDM, Alarm Management System, OTS, etc.)Familiarity with field bus protocol, smart junction box, NOVEC packages, etc.
