Oracle Procurement Consultant - SCM Module

Job Title : Oracle Procurement Consultant.Experience : 6-8 years.1 year direct contract role with our client.Remote role from India.Platform : Oracle Procurement.Job Overview :We are looking for an Oracle Procurement Consultant with a solid background in strategic procurement, approval management, and direct procurement, including a strong understanding of SCM touchpoints.The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Oracle Procurement modules, particularly in contracts, sourcing, and workflow approvals, to optimize procurement processes and support business needs.Key Responsibilities :Strategic Procurement :- Manage and execute procurement processes in contracts and sourcing within Oracle Procurement Cloud.- Develop and enforce procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals.- Oversee vendor selection, negotiate terms, and manage vendor relationships through sourcing events.Approval Management :- Configure and manage approval workflows for procurement transactions to ensure compliance with organizational policies.- Collaborate with business units to define approval hierarchies, requisition workflows, and exception management.- Optimize and troubleshoot approval processes to enhance procurement efficiency.Direct Procurement with SCM Touchpoints :- Oversee direct procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.- Work closely with SCM (Supply Chain Management) teams to ensure procurement processes align with inventory and fulfillment needs.- Coordinate between procurement and SCM modules for seamless integration across purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations.Required Skills :- Extensive experience in Oracle Procurement modules, including Contracts, Sourcing, and Approval Management.- Knowledge of direct procurement processes and familiarity with SCM touchpoints for integrated workflows.- Ability to configure and manage approval workflows and requisition processing.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing procurement cycles.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in any faculty.- Oracle Procurement Cloud certification is preferred.Experience :- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle Procurement consulting with a focus on contracts, sourcing, and direct procurement.
