Lead Full-Stack Developer (React + .NET) Remote

We seek a Lead Developer with strong React JS/TypeScript and .NET experience. The talent needs to be innovative with strong communication skills. German language knowledge is an advantage.

The person will join a multi-disciplinary product development team and have the opportunity to apply and further develop their engineering skills in React and .NET.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and document new and existing software functionalities in a technical environment using the .NET FrameworkBuild and maintain reusable cross-platform components and front-end libraries that enhance the efficiency and consistency of our development processWrite robust and resilient code that undergoes rigorous testing (unit, integration and end-to-end tests), ensuring high code quality and reliability in productionImprovement and expansion of the modular platforms in our projects and developing new products building upon themPerform software development tasks as per specificationsDrafts solutions for highly complex software tasksActively participate in a self-organizing and cross-functional Agile team, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement and daily stand-upsContribute to the team's technical direction, providing valuable insights and suggestions for the improvement of tools, processes and overall development workflows

Requirements

Team members proposed need to have 5+ years of experience with the given technologiesEnvironment Azure cloudFull-stack developer is needed with advanced React front-end and hands-on development experience with .NET FrameworkDesire to explore and quickly self-acquire skills in new technologiesExceptional analytical reasoning and critical thinking/problem-solving skillsTechnical communication skills, ready to take initiative on technical topics and manage tasks independentlyBring an innovative mindsetEnglish level B2+
