We are seeking a professional and customerfocused Food and Beverage Executive to join our dynamic team in Gandhinagar India. As a key member of our hospitality organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

  • Coordinate and oversee daily opening and closing procedures ensuring all settings meet company standards
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members promoting a collaborative work environment
  • Manage restaurant and banquet reservations including confirmations and cancellations
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders accommodating guest preferences and dietary requirements
  • Deliver highquality food and beverage service in line with departmental standards
  • Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales revenue and promote other dining venues when appropriate
  • Cultivate personalized relationships with patrons by remembering their names and preferences
  • Adhere to and enforce food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) throughout all operations
  • Manage inventory and supply requisitions efficiently and accurately
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally reporting issues to management as needed
  • Assist in overseeing outlet operations in the absence of management
  • Support other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times or as required
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service quality and operational efficiency
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service preferably in a highend restaurant or hotel setting
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating exceptional dining experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact
  • Proficiency in multitasking and time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service and operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certification preferred)
  • Familiarity with current food and beverage trends
  • Basic computer skills for operating reservation and pointofsale systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Teamoriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Hospitalityrelated degree or certification is a plus
